The abdominal incision for L4-S1 is something else, some people are fine for single level but 2, omg that was by far the worst for me. Like I said, ICE it constantly and do not use heat. For 3 mo. Blow dry the incision after you shower. I used the chair one time. Up to you but I didn’t really need it. Bed rail was #1 for me, goes right under your mattress.
