For sure! The trickiest part of doing this w lacquer is going to be getting the right consistency to achieve detail. No way in hell would I pay $20 for them though, I think I got mine for $7 or $8. The other thing you can use is chemistry pipettes, though those are pretty much one-time-use for paint (can be reused w solvents) Good luck!
