Eh... sorta. I jury rigged a solution. It works well for a day of travel where you move around a bunch, then settle in, and access your bag. It's less ideal for travel where you are moving around and in and out of your bag. To put it another way: good for airport travel not as great for road trips What I ended up doing was buying a plastic sheet off amazon - the size/dimensions will depend on the bag (for me I was always shooting for a backpack) it is going into: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NLPTHJX?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1 The idea here is it provides rigidity, without adding too much weight, or bulk. Then I bought bungy cords - I ended up choosing these for the adjustable length: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DKMNNHW2?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1 What I do with these is: - put the plastic sheet/board on a table or the ground in front of me. - put the deck and switch2 on the sheet side by side, so they are both flat against the sheet, and pressing a long edge against eachother. - bungee that down with 2 bungee cables. - This whole assembly is then slid into a specific big pocket of my backpack -- the pocket I would normally use for this purpose, but this contraption keeps the devices flat against my back while I walk around with it, so they dont both "fall down" and make a ton of bulk at the bottom of the bag that bounces around like crazy as you walk through an airport. This meets my goal of keeping both devices flat, and adjacent, even while walking around an airport for a while. Where it's a pain in the ass, is after you've removed a device to play it for any amount of time, sticking it back into this contraption, without removing the whole damn thing from your bag. If I was a 3d printing nerd, I bet I could print something with clips that holds these two together just right. But i'm not, so here we are. Good luck to you stranger.
