10% Benzoyl Peroxide on stubborn areas when I shower helped me a lot. I like this one. Also, if you lean over and rest your forearms on your thighs, stop doing that. I noticed bad spots like that and then realized I was just grinding dirt and sweat into both my thighs and forearms at the gym, etc. So much better when I put 2 & 2 together and knocked that off.

In the morning I would just wash it on my sink in the following steps: For the morning I would wash either when I first wake up or when I start feeling the itch on my scalp ⁠Wet my scalp ⁠Apply the BP ⁠Leave it on for 5-10 minutes ⁠Rinse again. I workout at night so that’s when I tend to shower and I usually just do this ⁠Wet my scalp ⁠Apply the BP ⁠Leave it on for about 1-3 minutes ⁠Rinse again. I also recommend changing your pillow case everyday if you can, which I was not able to follow so I changed it every 3-5 days. Changing your towels at the same time as changing your pillow case.
