So the fact that it still delivers the blue lights indicates to me that the USB and DisplayPort cables are still working. My bet is that the power brick is shot. I had to replace mine because it failed (along with an identical native power brick attached to one of my base stations). They’ll just stop working randomly, it makes no sense. You can either get a used replacement from some place like iFixit — or get a general adjustable power adaptor (something like this), attach the correct plug that fits your cable (it’ll come with the correct size), make sure to set it to 12V, and you’ll be golden. I have a feeling your headset is getting *some* juice but not enough to actually run.
