https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-3200MHz-PC4-25600-Downclockable-Compatible/dp/B08C4VHQV2 It's only $79 for a 8GB 3200Mhz stick. I would argue that it's worth more than $200, but nowhere near $800. I think $300-400 would be fair. $800 for a used APU machine with no GPU is a stretch.
