u/FousHikes I’m so glad that you have found your cure. GERD has really messed up my teeth and the throat is also suffering. I do use the Wedge Pillow every night which helps a lot. https://a.co/d/0eX8Z2cQ Also (THANKS TO THIS COMMUNITY) I started drinking alkaline water daily and bought RO water purification system with alkaline add-on. That has allowed me do drink coffee (only cold brew) once a day (daily). Also it has helps to reduce my nausea. Sadly, If I skip my daily PPI the rebound reflex is really bad. Today I’m dealing with it, scratched up throat causing to itchiness which is lead to severe dry coughs. Trying bunch of remedies to smooth it out. Keep sharing your journey and give us some hope.
