OP, I wholeheartedly recommend this as well if you already own a smartwatch (Amazon link here). Less to worry about carrying and it doesn't slip out. Now that there's a situation in which the medallion might no longer be magnetic, these medallion holders on the wristband will work no matter what, and so you're not forced to purchase an overpriced Princess solution.
