I have not tried the one you mention, but I have to admit, I have yet to try a GF pizza that was more than a pale imitation of the real thing. Still, the pan you use can make a huge difference. In cooking frozen pizza, I use a cast-iron pizza pan, like this one but without the (unnecessary) nonstick coating. As you would with a pizza stone, you preheat this pan in the oven (as the oven is preheating). It keeps heat on the bottom of any pizza and helps prevent a soggy bottom. I use parchment paper between the pizza and the pan.
