Hi friend, it depends on what kind of material you are rhinestoning. I also was not trying to use b-7000 anymore because of the toxic fumes. I switched to Liquid Fusion and love it! I mostly only rhinestone fabric and have had no issues with it. I also used it on my cooler as well and no stones lost yet. I tried it on a vinyl logo on a hat and the rhinestones didn't stay ðŸ˜
