Hi. I have issues with my hands as well. Honestly if nothing is helping it might be good to look into adaptive technology. I game fully using my arms and legs and head trackers. It gets to be pretty expensive, but it is totally worth it and has improved my life soooo much. It has a bit of a learning curve and if you do try any of these the movements are going to feel really bad and you'll most likely want to quit due to how different it is, but it will be worth the effort to stick with them trust me. I use these mini keyboards with my left elbow with these keycaps on 4 keys, one in each corner. you need the keycaps or else you wont have enough room to press the buttons as your elbows are bigger than your fingertips take ALL of the original keycaps off and put these in the 4 corners https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DSBQ36V8 I have the keyboards velcro'd to my arm chair, and I have two of them next to eachother vertically. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09X2J2C2R With my right elbow I use this as my mouse movement, also velcro'd to my arm chair. https://www.amazon.com/Kensington-SlimBlade-Trackball-Mouse-K72327U/dp/B001MTE32Y?crid=1D8KD1DT5KHKI&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.26vxVWQYyt8vw4qn_IL-bsDbJBColsXbbkgQE9yNLR35DE3sZskTGuj-jRqg34E3-Oz3fv7fHrg1MnF7jF1WTPk-SsgL0BPxSYB--5MfxhAbq51taDYeEADZUVaX9lvYp58PMJKNaxunNt3UysOEaA2pdf251UWG0CNltvdOa9O65Q9wMSkzbycJt8wqyFTRfoJ5N3e9eUndQ6zf5KQEIjK7MflPtm5O_MFDGLjGTwCedhDVm9WYcp7BuoQgtjzhpVtjJnw_gVHcULgH5NbrNoBvyCgKROnX7tHQ6Fazte8.NSXFeHVXTMV4w3RkXi4CUlgWITmWLMhDu5sePd263xE&dib_tag=se&keywords=kensington+slimblade&qid=1781229829&s=electronics&sprefix=kensington+slimbla%2Celectronics%2C217&sr=1-1&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.9fe8cbfa-bf43-43d1-a707-3f4e65a4b666 For my feet I use a glydr. Typically I have wasd bound to my feet. https://glydr.gg/ I use head tracking for my scroll wheel and for that I use playability adaptive software which is free but you need a webcam. https://www.playability.gg/ I hope this helps you
