This book was pretty good about binge eating and cravings. It's free on Kindle unlimited right now and called Craving Control by Jennifer Turk One of the things I remember is to understand why it's happening which is feeling overwhelmed with life in general and binging a way to comfort yourself. Part of being overwhelmed is from lack of protein, fiber, good fats, lack of sleep (magnesium glycinate, vitamin d, and electrolytes are important but also I think if you're eating the right protein and fibers then those are basically covered - some obvious info but the why later is important) I know you said no protein but that's not the advice. It's just understanding that when you're malnourished everything feels louder. More overwhelming. Hense. And another part is to try to close open stress loops. Cuz those cause anxiety and anxiety causes urges and a bunch of ways to minimize that. Idk. I'm butchering it I'm sure but it was pretty useful information for being free.
