Yep! See also this. These are the aluminum carryout/take away containers you most often see for lasagna or baked spaghetti, but they have so many other uses! I buy these for my one person household because I meal prep. And I buy them in different sizes as well. I just toss the meal or side item in whatever size containers works best and stack in my freezer. You can do family size meals, individual meals, or just sides (like mixed veg), whatever. Just buy the size(s) that fit your needs and freeze 'em and then toss 'em in the oven when needed. Also, cuts down on the dish washing. And it's biodegradable. ETA: And, it's a good idea to label them. Just use a Sharpie and write directly on the lid, the date and what it is. ETA 2: Ain't no one getting my good, glass Pyrex Tupperware. No chance in hell. (not that Pyrex is what it once was, but I digress).
