Responding in English since I used a translator to read your comment:Formatting my OS did resolve the issue, but I actually ended buying an NVMe SSD shortly after, so I don't know how long the "fix" would've lasted for. I now have a Samsung 990 EVO Plus SSD. When I bought it not even a year ago, it was only $71, but now it's listed for $255 which is insane. But, I've had no issues since switching over to that one!
