Yep, we put this one in our Tiffin: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JG2DETM?th=1
Bidets attachments that fit on to any toilet can be found on Amazon for less than $30, definitely available in the USA. Example, this one from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Luxe-Bidet-Neo-120-Non-Electric/dp/B00JG2DETM/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=24W0CPVI97JW1&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.4Hm_npc0sa4R0m0YqIvw5sWoIdfYCzJLr_x2QO7b1q4XfYEqHu3U20ZBcY9n4zjxv_aOxBvfiVUu3SXcDIyOFOQbPSgF2hfu9k_wfopXd3pk2ZOOFYRrNS8cJstUB11HjJx_q-FMZseBJMqPxiUGURkCcaIxBcQGd9iXlU9-eYVTr2KprSncAd8V6ZF9Z6uxzZ_qj4PjNseh3JyqdqrQ5g.GRj_dMxIuoN8wc16O-QGelQsmyQTSfgnDTTy9taeOFw&dib_tag=se&keywords=bidet+attachment+for+toilet&qid=1781245742&sprefix=Bidet+a%2Caps%2C304&sr=8-4
Really good question! I'm not familiar with the models you're talking about, but I'm sure they exist. The one I have installed sits underneath the toilet seat. It essentially sandwiches between the toilet itself and the rear of the toilet seat, placing two nozzles to the back of the toilet bowl and a small three dial control panel on the right. So you don't have to shuffle off the toilet or do anything weird. Once you're done going, you simply twist the large knob and water fires out. The other two knobs control a cleaning valve and hot/cold temperature settings. My bidet also has two nozzles. One for your rear, and one that fires a less concentrated spray more forward, I presume for the ladies. (?) This isn't the exact model I have, but it's very similar: https://a.co/d/0e6cTAcr Please note to anyone still reading this thread that I have no attachments to the bidet industry, I'm not a shill for "big bidet". I'm just a regular dude who thinks more folks should know about these things. I think if more Americans knew about bidets, they'd be much more popular. We'd spend less money on toilet paper overall and probably be a lot cleaner "down there".
I have one similar to this (I don't have this exact one, this is not a promo lol) and it was like a 5 minute install. And I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to doing stuff like that. The kit came with all the parts I needed.
