By the bye my Galaxy's image search confidently tells me it is one of these. Which the amazon description says uses the bayonet base bulbs I was expecting, but the socket doesn't look right. Broken socket? Oh! Alternate lead found and this one with a price tag. you got a hell of a find! This one's specs say you are correct, E12. Sure it's not a defective bulb?
