I use this: https://a.co/d/0aLwmH6d It takes some practice getting it onto your back after loading it. Resting it on a table and then getting it smoothly onto your bag is a minor skill. Some restaurants don’t seal the drinks, so I keep a supply of blank printer labels with me to easily seal the drinks closed. Super helpful hack. Keeps the order warm, the drinks insulated, and I’ve had great experiences with it. I also have a pizza bag that can hold 3 pizzas. I use bungie cords to secure them on my rear rack. If I get a stacked order 1 goes into the backpack and the other inside a thermal bag bungie cord secured to the rear rack. I’ve never had more than 4 drinks. Unused bags are folded into a saddle bag for instant access, as are the bungie cords. I do Pay by Hour because it’s optimal on ebikes, but I do try and skip McDonalds if I can. That place is hostile to bikes by design. If I have to I’ll go there but I dislike them.
