I use two pillows and one other thing because I'm a side sleeper. The pillows are these: cervical pillow and Bluewave Bedding Ultra Slim The other item is used to elevate my body so I'm not putting too much weight on my arms: Full Bed Wedge Pillow I can sleep very heavily with this setup, and wake up with very few migraines.
