Worked very well. the receiver unit is about half the size of a Chapstick, it was unnoticeable stuck on the back corner under the upper wooden accent of the top deck. Obviously since it's IR you need line of sight to the receiver, but it was very subtle. The you have extender emitter wires/LEDs that you can stick to the inside to get them in front of your various electronics.
