That's a tough price range. I keep an eye out for small sized bikes and tend to see more newer aluminum flat bar hyrbid setups and older steel framed road bikes in that price range. Gravel anything starts closer to 600$ with some of the state all roads etc falling that low. 800 gets you anything including some surly's with patience usually. For the hybrid bikes I can usually find your usual trek fx2/3 etc or the giant escapes etc. There is a strange amount of rei coop 1.1 step throughs in the small sizes available and giant made those. I grabbed a really good condition 1.1 step through small for 300 the other day. There is a few more out of princeton and around for that price. None in philly though. No one really marks their ad as a gravel bike unless they want money for it. Don't search for that. I have better luck searching for specific bike model names and the word small or a frame size number. Also walmart on columbus says they have the small drop bar ozark in small. https://www.walmart.com/ip/700c-Ozark-Trail-G-1-Explorer-Drop-Bar-Gravel-Bike-Small-Frame-Fits-Riders-5-1-5-5-Green-Adult/1417845974?classType=REGULAR&from=/search https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1016504501321010/
