Why 32mm for your bar?Do you compete in PL? I have used a Rogue SML-1 for over 8 years, and i love it.It is just butted up against the baseboards and that has always been great.Took advantage of the 1" hole spacing just today, as i have made the move to max width bench grip, so dropped the hooks down 1".I do have it on a single sheet width platform (with a 1 5/8" thick center slab of wood, that is carpeted), and it's locked down laterally, but it never traveled side to side even before had the platform as it is now..The SML-2 is taller and has a pullup bar, but the SML-1 could possibly be a better fir for a basement, depending on ceiling height.I've failed a few heavy squats onto the spotters over the years, no issues whatever.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJ9_zMJJOho The Xmark dip stand is a great value even with the price going up over the years.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2DE1TnOyf4Was $112 when i got mine 6 years ago, and is i think $149 now including shipping.I stand corrected, $192 on Amazon now.https://www.amazon.com/XMARK-Station-Weight-Capacity-Stand/dp/B0DK7V243N?th=1It's still great having a stand alone full height dip stand.Video is from the day i got it, and it has been great since.Even the foam on the handles has held up well,
