MiR Womens Weighted Vest 10lbs - 50lbs Solid Iron Weights

Does the shape of a weighted vest matter? Some (occasionally marketed towards women) have a bit of an x shape in the front like this one, or 2. Others have a more boxy shape- 3or 4. There are ones that look like cropped vests, like 5. Lastly there are the ones that are shaped like sleeveless jackets instead of life jackets- 6 (weights appear to be on the back only). Do shoulder pads actually help? I've been reading reviews and there was some talk about shoulder pain, bulged disks, and sciatica. I just wanna wear it was I go about my daily life, starting low and working up from there. I work from home currently, very sedentary (human sloth), and will likely end up using it when I go for walks. Considering a 20-30lb vest.
