POSTPARTUM RECS (cause we are usually the forgotten ones! Ignore the breastfeeding specific items if that’s not for you) -Frida postpartum kit: the peri bottle was 10x better than the one you get at the hospital -Frida labor gown: I didn’t use it for labor, but wore it all the time for easy access breastfeeding -Auden Nursing Bras:I tried so many bras and these were recommended the most for a reason. Still wear mine 15 months pp. -Silhouette Depends: not that wearing diapers ever feels great, but these were so much less bulky and more comfortable than the hospital options. -Bamboobies Reusable Nursing Pads: helps with any leaks, just toss in the wash, more comfortable than the disposable -MyBrestFriend nursing pillow : SO much better than Boppy in my opinion. The clip and the flat surface was soo nice feeding the baby in the early days. -Haakaa Ladybugs: if you have a good supply, these are gold. I’d use on the side not being fed on and could get several bottles a day without ever pumping. I wasted so much precious breastmilk until I found out about these. -Meal Train: another thing I had never heard of until people were asking us for our link! Free to set up. Wish I included it with our registry. It was amazing to not have to think about meals for the first couple of weeks. It’s prompted me to always send friends an Uber Eats gift card after labor now!
