I have this momcozy j-shaped pillow which I use between my legs and for belly support + something to hold so my arms don’t fall asleep. I also sleep with something called the pillow cube (lol) which is a slightly firmer pillow that is designed for side sleeping neck support! It’s a whole system but it works! https://a.co/d/077Itsaa
