I started with an extra fine ceramic safety bit because I was terrified of ripping up my cuticles. I have since graduated to the the extra coarse bit of the same brand but I bought every single bit in-between to get there 🤣 (ex fine, fine, medium, coarse, ex coarse). This one would probably be fine to start with 😁
