I use a Kool Stop Tire Bead Jack (see link below) on my road bike tires. I still have all ten fingers. I have no idea whether it will work on e-bike tires. Tires wider than about 2 inches might be an issue. https://www.amazon.com/Kool-Stop-Tire-Bead-Jack/dp/B001AYML7K The Kool Stop Tire Bead Jack works best with standard bicycle tires ranging from 23mm to 38mm width on road and mountain bikes (26", 27.5", 29" wheels, and 700c rims). Based on customer experience: • Works great on: Road bike tires (23-28mm), mountain bike tires up to about 2", and 700c tires • May be too small for: Fat bike tires (4" and larger) or tires wider than 2" • Not suitable for: Motorcycle or scooter tires Customers note that tire/rim combinations with very wide internal rim widths (29mm+) may reduce the tool's mechanical advantage. It's ideal for clincher-type tires with beads—not tubular tires.
