If you are sweating after a period of time sitting it's most likely dysreflexia. Make sure that you do not have the makings of a pressure ulcer. I would contact the seating clinic or a wound clinic jusst to make sure. They have new alternating pressure cushions which have separate bladders that inflate/deflate and also come with an application for your cell phone to allow you to read the pressures placed.
