They an actually have some dpad like “grip covers” you can put over the dpad buttons on switch to make it feel more reasonable and traditional. Unfortunately in regard to the GoS yeah the dpad could use some work. Lenovo does a piss poor job on the dpad of their handhelds with the Go2 really being the only one that’s serviceable
