I also have a 2024 BZ4X, and my car charges at 33 Amps using my EVIQO LVL 2 Charger and I typically charge from 20-30% to 100% in 6 to 7 hours. I believe you will not get the compete LVL 2 charging speeds from the included Toyota Charger. Additionally, LVL 3 charging speeds are rated from 10% to 80%. I used to have a 2023 model, and LVL 3 charging speeds were pathetic, but my 2024 charging speeds fully met the stated rate. What you have to understand is the charging rate is very dependent on your starting charge percentage and it's not linear. If you go back and try a LVL 3 charger with your battery down to 10%, you'll see it will take you the same amount of time it took to get from 50% to 80% because the beginning of your charge cycle will start out much higher when your battery is closer to empty.

So my apartment has a free charger and I'm moving into a house where I installed a l2 charger. It's really nice on that end but I did a road trip recently and did the math on a l3 charger and the equivalent "mpg" that I get. So at home with current gas prices, I get roughly 80-90 "mpg", but when I use a super charger and pay the charge, I'm pretty much getting 15 "mpg". Now you can also do some creative charging if you're able to park right beside your apartment. You can have an electrician build an extension cord that plugs into your dryer and plugs into a mobile l2 charger. I built one of these when I was staying in an Airbnb.

Agreed. You have to add a LVL 2 charger for it to be affordable. I purchased this one and it works great! EVIQO Level 2 EV Charger J1772,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DD7KW73M?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
