I got my rabbit a liner that has a grip underneath it, but I can't find it online for the life of me. The closest thing I could find was this. I probably wouldn't line the whole area up with it. (Unless my rabbit is the odd one out. She chooses to sleep on the wooden floor more often than on any of the soft surfaces that she has.) I also got her a little bed for extra comfort. (That again she kind of rarely sleeps on. She'll sit on it, but when it's bedtime she'll leave so she can sleep on the wooden floor.) I'd also expand the area if possible, or at least have times when she can come out of there. You can keep the cage in there as long as it's always open. Hiding places are good and if she's used to it then she probably wouldn't like losing it. My rabbit also came with a cage and she would definitely not like it if we got rid of it. (It has a shelf that my rabbit likes to sit on because she likes to feel tall.) As far as pellets goes, I think there's a guide on the back of the bag that either tells you how much your rabbit needs to eat based on her weight or her age. (There's one on the Oxbow brands, anyway.) Hay should be as unlimited as possible though.
