Staggered deliveries, nothing bulk sits on site more than 24 hours. Framers get pack 1 for floor 1 sub floor and decking on day 1, day 2 or day 3 depending on the crew gets first floor wall framing and second floor joints, so on and so forth. Windows and Doors do NOT sit on site more than 24 hours, ideally they get set the day they are delivered, if not, they are moved inside into the basement to be totally out of sight. Once first floor is framed, all additional deliveries get put in back yard behind home out of sight. 2 or 3 of these go up on site also on 12' tall T posts with 2 16' 2x4's or 2x6's nailed together.
