DUNKS!! MOSQUITO DUNKS!!!! these will only work on a fairly short range, but theyb are a godsend. and good the price (pretty cheap tbh) it is definitely worthwhile to give some to neighbors, if all of y'all do it it could actually make a big difference, at least near the complex. they are dissolvable wafers that go in a buckets or other container of standing water (look up the ideal environment for mosquitoes to lay eggs and just create that in a container). you can put one inside and one outside. they kill mosquito larvae before they can grow up. so mosquitoes will lay eggs that don't become mosquitos. and they are not toxic! they have a bacteria that is only dangerous for mosquitoes and don't affect animals or humans. if you want to do research specifically about cats, absolutely do that. but afaik, it's completely safe. they have been a lifesaver for me. you can have a ton of them on Amazon, and you don't need to use a full one in each container, just like 1/4 is plenty. if you do this i highly encourage you to give some to your neighbors and have them do it too. it will make your quality of life so much higher you need to replace them once a month or whenever they fully dissolve. i would say to just get the 20 pack. supposedly they work for a 100 yard radius, so even a few neighbors will make a massive difference. if you end up figuring out the source of the mosquitoes, don't dump it out, instead, put one of these in! you want the mosquitoes to loooove laying eggs in whatever water you provide. https://www.amazon.com/Summit-responsible-solutions-110-12-Mosquito/dp/B07PFQYWBX
