These two are very, very, very different monitors:- A monitor that is suitable for editing- A monitor that is suitable for color grading For editing, literally you can buy just about anything. My editing monitor is a 27” refurbished LG monitor that I got for $155 (sadly, prices have gone up since then - even for refurbished models): https://a.co/d/02Kc4lCE My main criteria when selecting the monitor were that I wanted:- 2560x1440- a VESA mount- a reputable company- cheap Beyond, that they’re really were no characteristics that had any significant impact on my selection. On the other hand, I paid about $3000 for the cheapest reasonable color grading monitor I could stomach. I don’t think I could find a monitor for that price today.
