Abp Fulton Sheen has also written some wonderful books that may be helpful, such as "Way to Inner Peace" (quite a slim booklet), a companion book called "Way to Happiness", and for a longer treatment on the subject, "Peace of Soul". Similar titles are out there as well, but Bishop Sheen had a wonderful way of touching souls that you may benefit from.
