I’m doing cooling cap diy. I bought 5 migraine/cold caps and 3 ice packs off of Amazon and take them to the infusions in a soft cooler. I switch the caps every 15-20 minutes while getting my infusion to make sure they stay cold. I just finished my 5th infusion and have lost a lot of hair but it’s not that noticeable. I’m not using a wig but have used hair thickening spray to hide thin areas if going to someplace special.
