Have you tried changing your diet? My canker sores get triggered when I eat spicy, acidic, and/or salty foods. They also get triggered when I’m highly stressed out. I once got 5 canker sores in my mouth after I got into a car accident on the freeway.. it was not a good time 😭 I started changing my diet to have less inflammation in my body and using the Colgate SLS free toothpaste. I also use these nitrate sticks at the beginning of a canker sore forming to stop it in its tracks. It just cauterizes it so it doesn’t grow any bigger.
