6 days post op here! my mastectomy pillow has SAVED me in car rides. a lot of people say they'll just get a body pillow and call it a day, but i love having a pillow i can wear and not have to lug around. not necessarily a NEED, but helps a ton. a wedge pillow is a MUST for me. i have trouble sleeping on my back, so it's helped me a lot. get multiple compression garments, because they'll get stinky fast. i made the mistake and got some that were too small, so bow i have to order extra💀 last thing, wipes or no-rinse bath wipes. i found some really good ones on amazon, and i haven't had any issues with them: https://a.co/d/040NpwaJ congrats and good luck! 🎉✨
