Just as a little old-school knowledge, the surface mount blocks being called biscuits is from the POTS era. Most wallplates and surface mount blocks were what we refer to now as nicotine yellow, and the surface mount blocks for POTS kinda looked like biscuits. https://a.co/d/04fCXQa5
