Ottocast Mini Cube 3.0. I bought mine directly from Ottocast, but my wife’s was purchased on Amazon. My link is for the USB-C version, but I think your Sensus car has USB-A ports. Disclaimer: I haven’t used it on a Sensus car, but it should be compatible.
