My husband is also bigger than me. He’s 6’1” and 240 while I am 5’9” and 150. We just purchased these two items and I am really appreciating how much better it makes transfers for us. It’s not perfect, it can’t overcome gravity entirely, but it does make the transfer together with a board so much quicker and the glide is so much easier. We are very new to this world so forgive me if you already know about these things, but it might help. Our method is to use the rectangular polyester Chuck underneath him that he’s sitting on all the time and then I wrapped the slippery around the board and help put the board under him.
