I will never not take the opportunity to plug mesh base layers when given the opportunity! Staying cool is all about staying dry. The holes in a mesh layer will manage the moisture better than any solid material, no matter what "cooling tech" is marketed in solid synthetic bae layers. There are long-sleeve versions, but with scrubs you'd probably want to wear a tank top/sleeveless mesh base layer paired with a solid compression arm sleeve.
