Salt. I got Crystal - it's literally just salt. After you shower while still damp (or wet it) you rub it under your arms. It leaves a residue that traps the smell. It sounds weird as hell but it was a lifesaver for when my kid went through puberty and refused to use normal deodorant. https://a.co/d/0eHEMrlN

Anti-perspirant contains aluminum that blocks the sweat pores. This is not an anti-perspirant and doesn't block sweat pores, it doesn't have the risks of anti-perspirant deodorant. It is potassium alum. Here is a link to the one I have: https://a.co/d/0bGxo0kw But any brand of plain ol' potassium alum should work.

The one I bought is crystal essence mineral deodorant stick: https://a.co/d/0dputwDn Alum is just a mineral, any unscented crystal deodorant stick should just be a plain chunk of aluminum (potassium alum.) so brand shouldn't matter. I got it because I have very sensitive skin that reacts to every deodorant I have tried, and I bought it as a deodorant. It doesn't cover odor or reduce sweat, it works by killing/reducing odor-causing bacteria on the skin, it is most effective when used daily. It is the only deodorant I have found that hasn't irritated my skin. You wet it and swipe it onto the skin, or apply to wet skin. The water dissolves a thin layer of the mineral block onto your skin. I read on its bacteria-killing properties, and its anti-inflammatory properties, and I decided to try it on my folliculitis and acne and I am so glad I did. If you try it let me know how it works. Copied since I got the same question several times.
