For sure, that’s why it was cured with a question mark—this is just the first time I’ve actually been free of them in almost 2 years. And yes I had the same experience with antifungal. I was pretty annoyed when my derm prescribed me more antifungal because I had explained that it only made it worse. I also definitely am big on things like yogurt and miso, probiotic tea etc., for natural probiotics. Unfortunately, high levels of D3 make me sick so sitting at around 2000 right now trying to slowly climb. Even that makes me feel a little nauseous. This zinc PCA scalp spray has been a game changer for me: https://a.co/d/016MQ2Hs It’s not greasy or anything, you almost can’t tell you put anything but its effects are almost immediate. Zinc PCA is the most important thing. The cerave oil control also has zinc PCA in it! I wish I discovered PCA sooner I’m not convinced it’s fully cured, hence the question mark, but I’m hoping it will not become as bad as it was. I do expect to see a few more bumps over time, but I finally have hair regrowth and the bumps are seemingly controlled which has not been the case in at least 18 mos and while on antibiotics. I have refills lined up in case it does get bad again and I can try and control it back down again. Was hoping some of my input could get out there and help people who are struggling!
