This sounds sooo much like my experience. Try Hibiclens. It’s worked wonders for my issues. I just wash and rinse with normal bar soap, then put a healthy glob of Hibiclens on my problem areas (chest, shoulders, back, and neck.) and let it sit on my skin while I go through the rest of my shower ritual. Then I lather the Hibiclens and rinse it off when I rise out my conditioner. It’s been a miracle product and has helped 97% of my breakouts. Good luck!!
