I know EXACTLY what you mean. My solution has been to put a total of ~2 pumps of "Curel Hydratherapy Itch Defense Wet Skin Moisturizer" (Itch Defense version or the regular version, your choice) on my arms, legs, and torso the second I step out of the shower while my skin is still dripping wet (takes like 20 seconds, and if you want, you're able to put on a robe or pajamas or to gently pat yourself dry immediately after applying). After quickly wrapping my hair in a towel to deal with later, I then go to a mentally and physically comfy spot (i.e., I sit on my living room couch, which is directly in front of a wall AC unit and a TV) and use a spray bottle of "Laneige Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer" to spritz my upper back (I lean forward, bent at the waist, and spray it over my shoulder/s so I don't have to fight gravity to get the mist to fall on my back), chest, neck, and face. I'm sure other brands of both product types are fine, these are just what I happened to try first and liked enough to keep using. And if your skin ever gets irritated, I recommend giving "Eadem Mami Wata" spray a try (I use it on my face, neck, and chest when my skin gets angry). And even if you don't end up liking it, the bottle is the best spray bottle I've found in my skincare journey thus far, so you can keep it and refill it with whatever product you want in the future. If relevant: my skin type is Dry to Very Dry and is very Sensitive, but without acne. And idk what your living situation is, but I live alone and recently followed my trusted hair stylist's lead in keeping your skincare/any and all beauty products/things (with the exception of the wet skin moisturizer) wherever the hell you want/wherever it is in your home that you'd use them. Since putting a ton of skincare products on my coffee table in front of my couch, I've actually been using them for once! Curel Hydratherapy Itch Defense Wet Skin Moisturizer Laneige Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer For the Laneige, I've heard that the mist pump for the 170 ml bottle sucks, so I got the mini 30 ml spray bottle and just keep refilling it with either the 170 ml refill pouch or the 320 ml pump bottle. Eadem Mami Wata I hope this helps, even just a little bit :)
