I haven’t had luck with collection cups that have the backflow protector on the top/inside as it’s super easy to knock the internal piece loose. I ended up switching to the Nenesupply cups because the back flow protector is on the front. They work great. https://a.co/d/0atY3mYo

I use a spectra when I’m at home with cup inserts instead of the bottle flanges (like this: Nenesupply Handsfree Wearable... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DWMM5M7F?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share). When I’m at work or out and about I’ll use my portable pumps mom cozy 9’s. That way I can use the same clip nursing bras for both! I found that they fit fairly well and are pretty comfy. Flange sizing will be important, so follow the guides they give you. Unlike how they are advertised for smaller chests, it’s always obvious I’m wearing them, which is fine. I also find that they are not THAT portable. I can’t lean over with them on or else they spill.
