what about some kind of lap table like this? there are some that are adjustable, maybe some would go up to underbust level when sitting? that way she could get the sitting at the dinner table benefit and also the bed benefit lol there's also ta ta towels. they'd put the weight of her chest on her neck and shoulders instead like a halter top, but maybe that'd be an acceptable alternative?
