I like saffron and 5-HTP, but I’d recommend doing a little research on both before taking them. One thing I recently learned is that 5-HTP generally isn’t recommended for long-term use. I’ve been taking it for years and only recently read about the potential concerns, so I’m currently trying to taper off of it.
