I've used this board, and the LiPo board. I purchased my own EBL rechargeable batteries for this board, and I still had the issue of getting them to seat properly so that the console would power on. I'd recommend some 1-2mm thick foam tape of the inside of the battery covers. It seemed to make it a lot more reliable of a connection.
