It primarily and robustly refutes Side A (affirming) arguments while also addressing the nature of same-sex attraction/desire/orientation itself in a way that counters the core of what later became known as Side B (non-affirming but identity-affirming/celibate "gay Christian") thinking. This book is full of exegesis, and completely prepares you for both lines of pro LGBT argumentation. So as long as your interlocutor believes the Bible is the word of God this book should provide all the answers you require.
